Sir Dan Guiam was very quick to answer any inquiries I had before I even agreed of leasing at TRP. He was also very efficient and accomodating, making it easier to transact with him with all the contract matters. 

I would highly recommend Mr. Daniel Guiam as a estate broaker. If something needed to repair, he made sure to get it done. He is available by phone and email almost anytime for my inquiries. He is prompt and effficient and very easy to work with.
